Welcome to South Shores Animal Hospital.
To reduce wait times and the hassle and stress of registration during your first visit you can fill out the New Client Form online before you even step into South Shores Animal Hospital.
You can also download and print the New Client Form or ask our friendly front office staff about it.
STEP 1: Please schedule an appointment for boarding online or give us a call (702) 255-8050.
STEP 2: We will contact you to confirm your desired dates for boarding.
STEP 3: To be able to provide the best care possible for your pet please provide us with all the details about your pet for their stay at South Shores Animal Hospital.
If we have your pets current information saved in our boarding system, you only need to verify the information we have on file when you bring your pet in.
We will contact you if your information is older than 6 months to be able to provide the best care possible for your pet.
